We have built and continue to maintain strong commercial relationships with many customers because of the knowledge and experience of our project management team. They offer advice and ideas for branding solutions, carry out site meetings, organise third party contractors and co-ordinate both production and installation. We aim to go beyond customers’ expectations in everything we do.
We use a set of departmental procedures and an electronic job bag system, which are both aligned to ISO 9001. They ensure efficient workflow and high quality output for every project we work on. We use Microsoft Project for large and complex projects where time management is crucial.
