Our printed banners are produced in-house using an variety of high quality large format printers which can output onto a variety of media, including mesh, PVC and canvas.
We regularly produce enormous welded printed banners, print flex-face lightbox skins, wrap entire buildings with printed mesh building wraps and provide specialist banner installation services, such as abseiling teams or cherry pickers, for our customers around the UK.
Printed banners and building wraps are commonly produced using environmentally damaging solvent inks. This means that the banner material cannot be truly recycled. We are dedicated to reducing our impact on the environment and so we recently installed HP’s revolutionary latex ink printers which output nothing but fantastic, colourful banner prints.
A printed banner or banner wrap produced by Octink can now be recycled at the end of its life-cycle as an entirely new product, reducing the impact we have on the environment and saving our customers money too.
Further to this, we are developing a range of fully closed-loop recycled signage products ranging from PVC-style banner material through to foamex, papers and composite aluminium. We call this recycling process Octink R3.
