Springhead Park is the first residential development in the Ebbsfleet Valley - the creation of a new community and a joint venture between Land Securities and Countryside Properties. Unprecedented in inspiration and scale, Countryside Properties commissioned Octink to completely fit out their new marketing suite and ultimately deliver a professional, stylish and visually stunning sales environment.
We provided everything from the hard wood flooring, intricate lighting, tinted glass partitions, comfy sofas and bespoke furniture, all sourced and made in-house to merge precisely with the overall design concept for the development. The result was a visual array of bold colours, which gives Springhead Park its striking, modern feel. To complement the interior design, a branding exercise comprising digitally large format printed displays, dramatic floor to ceiling wallpaper graphics, Springhead Park logos, and plasma displays to support an interactive multi media package by Touch: adding up to complete a truly impressive effect.
The exterior signage was equally grand with key information, directional and way-finding signage, and direct to substrate large format printing to create a striking perimeter advertising hoarding all thoughtfully set around a bright courtyard with benches, trees and fountains.
