For possibly the most prestigious event in the business calendar, the CBI’s Annual Dinner & Conference at the Grosvenor Hotel in Park Lane, Octink was delighted to design and build a series of large, free-standing illuminated lightbox units with printed display graphics, to advertise their Enterprise of the Future campaign. Acting as large backdrops, the lightboxes were each 8m wide and 2.4m high and were printed onto a seamless, single piece of tensioned PVC skin; a large format banner if you will.
With the Prime Minister and Chancellor in attendance, our installation team were required to work under the tightest of security measures, with attention to health & safety of utmost importance. We were given a 3 hour window to install the display graphics and we needed to remove the signs at 3am the following morning in order to make way for the next conference.
