Marketing suite refurbishment and decoration of new show apartment at the award-winning Dalston Square development for Barratt Homes.
Ultimately to review and enhance the customer journey and overall experience through this existing marketing suite space. The overriding objective was to deliver a high class retail space, with the addition of a new show apartment also requiring decoration to match the lifestyle and aspirations of the target market for this development.
An overhaul of the marketing suite ‘sales floor’ was paramount, with new flooring, soft waiting area furnishings, lightbox window displays and a bespoke reception desk providing much of the required transformation. Customer waiting areas were recreated with new furniture and coffee-making facilities, while a boardroom meeting space was reconfigured with new display graphics and full height storage wardrobes. These changes were further enhanced by the interior decoration to the new show apartment, making a striking impact on customers visiting the Dalston Square marketing suite.
