Bloor Homes’ latest development, Regency Heights in Seaford, is unique in that the furniture, fixtures and fittings have been recycled from previous marketing suites. Octink responded to the client’s instructions to design and install a new marketing suite using the most cost effective and environmentally aware methods.
A careful appraisal of the existing marketing suite was commissioned and a design, incorporating used furniture, was drawn up. Part of this development involved altering and refurbishing existing furniture to create an exciting, corporate sales environment. This was achieved on time and within budget and produced an excellent final result.
The ‘new’ marketing suite has been praised by all involved and has allowed the client to allocate more of their budget on additional materials such as signage and and direct to substrate large format printing to achieve a high quality advertising hoarding.
