Two marketing suites designed for Barratt East London by Octink - literally from the ground up! - have been launched to great acclaim.
The prestigious Waterside Park development in the Royal Docks, E16, a joint venture with Taylor Wimpey opened in March to spectacular reviews and the new marketing suite at Renaissance in Lewisham attracted over 200 visitors to its opening earlier this year, achieving 12 sales on the day.
Although Octink has created cutting edge interiors for marketing suites for many years, these recent projects took our work a step further; we produced the concept designs and managed the build programme, in addition to designing and fitting out the interiors.
Stuart Lilley, Senior Sales Manager at Barratt East London, comments: “Marketing suites often suffer from looking remarkably similar, which lessens their impact on potential buyers. We wanted to create a wow factor and give a real statement of intent in the exterior appearance and interior design to provide the ideal customer experience and reflect the quality of the developments that we build. The entire project worked very successfully; it achieved a seamless approach to the development of the marketing suites and was a very cost effective solution.”
